Key responsibilities:

• work closely with Design and Category management to evolve collection
• establish product specifications, including measurement specifications, fabrics, trims, fit  and construction details
• create tech packs to be used by contractors
• critique products and interat with demoestic and overseas contactors
• manage bill of materials and costing sheets

Experience/Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in developing apparel
• textile knowledge, construction, fabric and patternmaking
• well organised with attention to detail
• computer literate - Microsoft Office programs, Illustrator and Web PDM
• english speaking

Primary responisbilties:

• Develop season relevant primary and secondary retail marketing campaigns for Flagship, Brand and Resort stores
• Tie retail to wholesale and create marketing packages for key campaigns for wholesale
• Develop promotion relevant  activies across store network
• Drive the development of CRM and loyalty programs
• Monitor and track sell trough performance against actual investment and benchmark KPI's - make corrective action as per results
• Manage the central retail marketing budget for all corporate stores and licensee stores globally

Relationships internal/external:

• Retail, marketing, sales, Product development in HQ and in region/country, Creative agencies, event bureau, PR agencies, local media

Experience/education/personal requirements:

• Must have worked in an Internation environment with cross border exposure, min. 3-4 years experience from marketing/sales, management, retail environment. Advertising agency experience is preferred
• OPEX budget owner experience
• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, an MBA is preferred
• Visual merchandising/product presentation is an assset
• Experience and understanding of the issues and opportunities across all channels of the industry. Ability to measure and analyze specific marketing/merchandising programs
• Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint is crucial
